About the League

Made up of 10 neighborhood teams, including the Arkansas Dolphins, the League's goal is to provide the very best opportunity for children to have fun while participating at an entry level in competitive swimming. Meets are held on five different Tuesday evenings at local pools culminating in a sixth City Championship Meet at War Memorial's pool.

About the Program

The program runs June 1 through July 31. Children ages 5 to 14 may participate. The fee is $135 per swimmer and includes all practices, meet fees and a t-shirt.

Dolphin coaches will run practices Monday through Thursdays in the afternoons at the LRAC. Times are dependent on age and experience. Coaches will confirm the appropriate practice time for your child after he/she registers and goes through a free swim evaluation, if need be.

NEW! Summer League Prep

Our Summer League Prep program helps swimmers build confidence, sharpen technique, and get race-ready—while having fun with teammates. Practices run Monday–Thursday, 4:00–4:30 pm at LRAC. A one-time $75 fee covers all practices through May 31.

Note: This program is separate from Summer League. If you plan to do both, be sure to register for each. See “Registration and Evaluations” for links and details.

Registration and Evaluations

Here’s how it works: If your swimmer can easily swim 25 yards, no evaluation is needed. If they can swim but aren’t used to that distance, we’ll need to schedule an evaluation to place them in the right practice group.

You can use the links below to register. If you’re doing both Summer League PREP and Summer League, be sure to sign up for each. If you have questions, Dolphin Head Coach, Steve Hall, will be happy to answer them.
