total body conditioning

In this catch all of class categories, you'll find multiple ways to find your fit. We have circuit, strength and cardio based options all of which make good use of our huge array of fitness tools including bands, balls, bars, kettlebells, free weights and more. During some, you'll face high-intensity interval training to help burn calories quickly and build muscle. Others may be a bit more of a grind. With our wide variety of instructors and playlists, you can create your own adventure, finding fun and improvement at every turn.

mind body

Our Mind Body classes include Yoga Yinyasa Flow, Yoga Stretch, Yin Yoga, Yoga Power, Hot Yoga, Foundations Training, Dynamic Mobility, Pilates and Stretch. These classes promote relaxation, rejuvenation, flexibility and strength. They are definite musts for rounding out your fitness routine.

reformer pilates

Offered at our Athletic lcoation, this low - impact workout strengthens your core and improves spinal and pelvic alignment and flexibility. Many of the exercises are the same but oftentimes the reformer allows for greater range of motion and is more accommodating than working on the floor.

Seniors

To help you stay strong in body, mind, and spirit, we offer fitness classes that help keep your heart, brain, bones, muscles and joints healthy. If you have a chronic condition like arthritis, diabetes or osteoporosis, adding these to your care routine will definitely help you feel better. And then there's our favorite part - staying social - because it's vital for good health.

Options include functional, strength building and dance classes just to name a few.

parkinson's patients

Studies have shown that non-contact boxing inspired classes can reverse, reduce and even delay the symptoms of Parkinson's Disease.   • AquaFit

    If we were to give a "Most Social Class" award, AquaFit would be our hands down winner! In addition to being oodles of fun with noodles (and other props), all fitness levels can and should partake. Always refreshing, the water offers resistance rather than impact so it’s gentle on your joints and great for your flexibility. We offer the class all year long and, yes, the water's heated when needed!

  • Barre

    Barre is a unique total body workout that will lift your seat, tone your thighs and tighten your core! This class utilizes the ballet barre, sponge balls and light dumbbells to perform small isometric movements that create long, lean muscles. In Barre Blast, we intersperse traditional Barre moves with bursts of high intensity aerobic activity.

  • Cycling

    Hop on one of our stationary bikes and roll through a series of intervals, hills, sprints, climbs, runs, surges and jumps all to music hand-picked to motivate and inspire! A great workout for burning calories and increasing endurance, you are in full control of your ride's intensity through a resistance lever on your bike.

    Rhythm Ryde - In this specialty class, you'll whoop it up and work it out on the bike. You (and your abs) will be fully engaged as you strive to keep the beat on this mixed interval ride. With fantastic music for motivation, you'll shred calories while the time flies by.

  • Dance

    Hip Hop Cardio - It's hip, it's hot, it's the latest dance grooves set to the hottest music. This high-energy dance workout will burn the calories while you shake up your workout (and your groove thing).

    Cardio Dance - This class combines low impact dance movements with strength training using weights, balls and other props to music from the 50s, 60s, 70s and 80s.

  • Functional

    With constantly varied, high-intensity functional movements, RazorFit at Athletic and FoxFit at Racquet are for people of all shapes and sizes looking to improve their physical well-being and cardiovascular fitness in a hardcore yet accepting and encouraging environment.

  • orange ball mayhem

    Ready for a heart pumping, high intensity class that burns huge calories while playing tennis games? Then welcome to Orange Ball Mayhem! Minimal tennis experience? No big deal! The ball that is used is softer, slower and much easier to hit than a traditional tennis ball. Athletes of all levels can play together and everyone has fun in this complimentary class.
