Strong side: Great motivator, articulate with a positive, upbeat attitude.
Soft side: Being mom to my two boys and fur babies. Epsom salt baths, and sleep..tons of sleep.
Fun side: The one thing you probably won't ever catch me doing is staying still. From climbing around playgrounds with my kids, walks around the neighborhood and the occasional family dance party in the car or living room. I'm a huge fan of staying active.
Secret side: I'm a retired professional dancer. Moving has been a huge part of my life. My workout routines include a ton of different training techniques, from Pilates and yoga to plyometrics. I like variety.
Proof that she’s just like you: I'm a huge foodie and have a big sweet tooth, but it's all about the balance and keeping a healthy relationship with food. I eat pretty clean with less processed foods, but Fridays are treat days and usually indulge in ice cream and pizza. I believe in green tea for antioxidants, probiotics for gut health and tons of water.
Go to trainer tip: Go all in every single workout. Dedicate yourself, your health is your wealth. You are not competing with anyone except yourself. Slow down and connect more. Really feel your muscles working. Exercise doesn't have to be intimidating or extreme, just consistent.
